Infrared Application Center

You have to understand the different applications to exploit infrared heating productively. Heraeus Noblelight has set up Applications Centers to increase its knowledge through investigations and tests and to share experiences with customers. Decades of experience with radiation sources and solid technical theory flow together in our Application Center to offer the optimum conditions and capabilities to solve even the most difficult of problems.

Competent, technically experienced employees carry out and monitor the tests either in the Application Center or on site. With our Application Center we offer all our customers the opportunity to answer important questions, from a practical viewpoint:

Before every test, we carry out an in-depth discussion with customers so that we can be sure that our emitters match the product and the process and not vice versa. Together we can work out the test regime which will simulate your materials processing conditions as closely as possible. A big help with the first estimate is our data bank. Decades of experience with heating processes in a wide range of industrial sectors help us to identify the correct test parameters. We will then work with you to interpret and discuss the test results.
