The Engineered Materials Division is a producer and fabricator of high purity metallic materials for technical applications. The technical expertise of the Engineered Materials Division is the processing of precious metals and refractory metals to components, semifinished products or film systems as well as their subsequent processing. Applications are the electronic packaging of integrated circuits. The Business Unit Packaging Technology manufactures tailor-made roll clad strips.
